Abstract: PURPOSE: A gate driver, gate driving method and display panel driving apparatus using the same are provided to delete the capacitor for precharging in the gate driving circuit. CONSTITUTION: The decoder(210) decodes the gate line selecting data. The gate line selecting signal is created. According to the control signal for the gate line selection signal and precharging, the gate driving circuit(230) creates the gate driving signal. For the interval which the gate line is not selected, the gate driving circuit uses the hold signal which is generated based on the occurrence timing of the control signal for precharging and gate line selection signal. Abstract: PURPOSE: A device and a method for generating a reference voltage are provided to reduce power consumption by designing a current mirror circuit connected to a cascade to operate by the self-bias. CONSTITUTION: A constant current source circuit includes a resistor and a transistor(NM5) for self bias. The constant current source generates a reference current. A load circuit is connected to the constant current source and generates the voltage in proportion to the reference current. A current branch circuit sends a part of currents which is not changed according to the temperature and is included in the reference current from the connection terminal of the constant current source and the load circuit to the ground through the different branch from the load circuit. The constant current source generates the current including the current component which is not changed according to the temperature and the current component which is changed according to the temperature.
