Abstract: PURPOSE: An electro-photographic toner and a producing method thereof are provided to secure the excellent anti-offset property, charging stability, low temperature fixation property, storage stability, and polishing ability. CONSTITUTION: An electro-photographic toner contains a binder including a crystalline polyester resin and a non crystalline polyester resin, a coloring agent, and a releasing agent. The releasing agent contains paraffin based wax and ester based wax. The difference between the solubility parameter of the binder and the solubility parameter of the releasing agent is greater than 2.
