Abstract: A superheated vapor cooking apparatus is provided to operate conveniently by arranging a menu selection unit and a temperature display unit vertically, and to set temperature easily by using a menu selection key and a temperature setting turning knob. A superheated vapor cooking apparatus is composed of a body(10) having a cooking chamber(11), a superheated vapor generator supplying superheated vapor to the cooking chamber, a menu selection unit(15b) choosing one of plural cooking menus by using superheated steam, and a temperature display unit(15c) displaying temperature corresponding to cooking menu. An operation unit(15) is formed in the front of the body, and the menu selection unit and the temperature display unit are arranged in an upper part and a lower part of the operation unit.
