Abstract: An apparatus and a method for receiving an RF signal are provided to remove a SAW(Surface Acoustic Wave) filter, thereby reducing manufacturing costs of the apparatus and manufacturing the apparatus by one chip. A low noise amplifier(110) amplifies a receiving signal. A sampler(120) performs sampling for converting the amplified receiving signal into a discrete time domain. A frequency conversion unit(130) down-converts the sampled signal to a frequency band which is convertible to a digital signal and suppresses an interference wave about a frequency of an aliasing band according to a sampling frequency. An anti-aliasing filtering unit(140) removes aliasing about the converted signal.
