Abstract: PURPOSE: An infrared detecting device and a cooking heater including the same are provided to arrange an infrared detecting device for measuring the temperature of food in the outside of a cooking chamber, thereby preventing a light receiving unit of an infrared sensor from being contaminated by oil or steam generated when cooking. CONSTITUTION: An infrared detecting device includes a reflective mirror (230) and an infrared sensor (220). The reflective mirror includes a plurality of reflective surfaces (232, 234) and changes a progressing passage of infrared rays which are incident into the reflective surfaces. The infrared sensor receives the infrared rays of which the progressing passage is changed, thereby detecting the intensity of the infrared rays. Each of the reflective surfaces is a reflective surface having constant curvature or flat reflective surface. Each of the reflective surfaces changes the progressing passage of the infrared rays which are incident from other infrared ray detecting region.
