Abstract: PURPOSE: A grease filter and a cooking apparatus using the same are provided to reduce pressure loss within the flow field by minimizing flow resistance of air and improve efficiency of oil capture by maximizing contact area of oil particles. CONSTITUTION: A grease filter comprises an oil particle influx unit (100), and a channel to emit influx of oil particle and airstream to outside. The channel comprises the superstructure channel (22); and the substructure channel (25). The superstructure channel is arranged parallel to form the influx unit at a certain separation distance. The substructure channel comprises the direction switching unit (25a), and a guide unit (25b) having fixed angle. A direction switching unit switches the direction of influx of oil particles and air stream. A guide unit guides oil particles and airstream which performs redirection by the direction switching unit. A guide unit is formed in an obtuse angle about the direction switching unit.
