Abstract:
A communicating device using a network coding method and a method thereof are provided to transmit a network coding message generated according to the network coding method in the same time interval to a base station and a terminal, thereby reducing the number of time intervals required for transmitting a message to the base station and the terminal. A relay device comprises a message receiver, a message generator, and a message transmitter. The message receiver receives a downlink message transmitted from a base station and an uplink message transmitted from a terminal. The message generator codes the downlink message and the uplink message according to a network coding technique to generate a network coding message. The message transmitter transmits the network coding message to the base station and the terminal during the same time interval.

A multicasting device and a method thereof which a control of a mobile communication system is as a multicast control group are provided to use wireless resource between a base station and a mobile terminal efficiently by transmitting control signal to the terminal performing control operation. A controller(610) comprises user terminals performing the same control operation with a multicast control group among user terminals connected to the base station device. An allocation unit(620) assigns the multicast control channel to the group. A transmit unit(630) transmits the same control signal related to the control operation with user terminals belonging to the multicast control group by using the multicast control channel.
Abstract:
A method for scheduling a data frame and a communication device using the same are provided to schedule the data frame efficiently by adding a hold flag field, which reflects a network state, to the data frame. A communication device using a method for scheduling a data frame includes a measuring unit(410), a comparing unit(420), a generating unit(430) and a transceiver(440). The measuring unit measures a state value according to at least one preset parameter and inputs the measured state value into the comparing unit. The comparing unit compares the inputted state value with a preset threshold. The generating unit generates a data frame including a preset hold flag field if the measured state value is larger than the preset threshold. The transceiver can transmit the generated data frame to a receipt side communication device for a preset time.

PURPOSE: A method and apparatus for distinguishing a physical cell identifier in a wireless communication system are provided to allocate an efficient PCID(Physical Cell IDentifier) by using a code reuse pattern. CONSTITUTION: A controller(710) obtains a PCID list from a server. The controller determines one or more candidate PCIDs from the PCID list according to a PCID allocation condition. A transceiver(720) measures the strength of a radio signal about cells that use one or more candidate PCIDs. A PCID selecting unit(730) selects one or more PCIDs by using the reception signal strength of cells.

PURPOSE: A method and a device for managing an adjacent base station in a communication system are provided to add another base station to an adjacent base station list through a penalty list, thereby suppressing an operation that another base station is added or removed to and from the adjacent base station list. CONSTITUTION: A serving base station registers a specific adjacent base station in a base station penalty list(213). The serving base station informs a communication terminal of base station penalty list deletion of the adjacent base station(223). The communication terminal searches the adjacent base station(227). The communication terminal reports the searched adjacent base station to the serving base station(229). The serving base station adds the adjacent base station to an adjacent base station list in consideration of the base station penalty list(231).

PURPOSE: A communication system having a femto base station and a method for controlling interference therefrom are provided to control interference which can be generated by a communication terminal when driving a femto base station in a communication system. CONSTITUTION: If a home cell is identified, a communication terminal(310) transmits a femto driving control message with a preset transmission strength. While receiving a femto driving control message, a femto cell base station(210) provides a communication service by converting a transmission unit from an off state to an on state. The femto base station is set as a value for receiving the femto driving control message. A macro base station(110) assigns a femto control resource for transmitting the femto driving control message to the communication terminal.

PURPOSE: A measurement report method and a system for the same capable of improving a system performance and a service quality in a wireless communication network having macro and femtocells are provided to reduce delay time for classifying measurement report object femtocell in measurement report. CONSTITUTION: A user device(100) transmits a measurement report message having adjacent cell identifiers of adjacent femtocells of a working femtocell when reporting a measurement about some work femtocell among femtocells having duplicated cell identifier. An eNB(evolved Node B)(200) classifies some work femtocell and other femtocells among femtocells having the duplicated cell identifier using the adjacent cell identifier.
