PURPOSE: An miR399 gene which enhances drought stress resistance in plant and a use thereof are provided to enhance productivity. CONSTITUTION: A method for enhancing drought stress resistance in a plant comprises: a step of transforming plant cells with a recombinant vector containing Arabidopsis thaliana-derived miR399 gene; and a step of overexpressing miR399 gene. The miR399 gene contains a base sequence of sequence number 1 or 2.

PURPOSE: A transgenic plant with enhanced stress resistance and a method for preparing the same are provided to enhance the yield of crops and to detect a novel stress resistant gene. CONSTITUTION: A plant with enhanced stress resistance is prepared by transforming with a recombinant vector containing an Oryza sativa-derived RAF(root abundant factor) gene, OsRAF. The stress is ABA(abscisic acid), drought, bacterial diseases, salicylic acid, or methyl jasmonate. A method for preparing a transgenic plant with enhanced stress resistance comprises: a step of transforming a plant cell with the recombinant vector; and a step of redifferentiating the transgenic plant. A composition for enhancing transcription activity contains a protein having 59 C-terminal amino acids.

PURPOSE: A mutant of cp4 EPSPS gene from agrobacterim sp. strain cp4 and use thereof are provided to control herbicide resistance and be useful to develop new herbicide resistance seed. CONSTITUTION: A mutant of cp4 EPSPS gene from agrobacterim sp. strain cp4 becomes point mutant at amino acid number 25, 242, or 434 in sequence number 1[SEQ ID NO:1]. In the point mutation, proline is substituted for alanine or serine. The Herbicide agent is glyphosate. The CP4 EPSPS mutant codes a protein mutant. A method for controlling herbicide resistance comprises the following steps: transforming a recombinant vector including the CP4 EPSPS mutants into a host cell; expressing the CP4 EPSPS mutants.
