The present invention relates to a carbon nanotube structure for water treatment, a manufacturing method thereof, and a reverse osmosis membrane using the same, and more specifically, to a carbon nanotube structure for water treatment, a manufacturing method thereof, and a reverse osmosis membrane using the same, wherein the method includes a vertical arrangement step of vertically arranging carbon nanotubes, a filling step of filling the vertically arranged carbon nanotubes with epoxies, a hardening step of hardening the epoxies, a cutting step of cutting the terminal of the carbon nanotubes, and a coating step of coating the inside or terminal of the carbon nanotubes with PAH (poly(allylamine hydrochloride)) and/or PSS (poly(styrene sulfonate)).

본발명은신규한락톤유도체, 이의제조방법및 이를유효성분으로함유하는 STAT3(Signal transducer and activator of transcription 3) 관련질환의예방또는치료용약학적조성물에관한것으로, 본발명에따른신규한구조의락톤유도체는유의한 STAT3 단백질억제효과를보이고, 삼중음성유방암세포주에서현저한세포주증식억제를나타내므로, 이를 STAT3관련질환특히삼중음성유방암의예방또는치료용약학적조성물로사용할수 있다.
