본 발명은 대식세포, 쿠퍼세포, 망상내피계나 림프계와 같은 면역세포 또는 그들로 이루어진 조직의 영상을 위한 것으로서, 양기능성킬레이트제 (bifunctional chelating agent; BCA)와 만노실 인혈청알부민 (mannosyl human serum albumin; MSA)의 결합체 및 그의 방사성동위원소 표지 화합물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 구체적으로 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 양기능성킬레이트제(BCA)와 만노실 인혈청알부민(MSA)의 결합체, 그의 방사성동위원소 표지화합물 및 방사성 표지를 위한 키트에 관한 것으로, 종래 면역세포 영상용 방사성동위원소 표지 화합물보다 방사성동위원소의 표지가 용이하고, 림프계 흡수율이 높으며, 양전자단층촬영법 (positron emission tomography; PET)에 의하여 영상을 얻을 수 있어 림프계 영상에 우수한 특성을 가지고 있다. PURPOSE: A medical imaging method for simultaneous detection of multiplex targets using a fluorescent and a raman signal and an apparatus for simultaneously detecting multiplex targets of fluorescent and raman signal using thereof are provided to obtain more accurate diagnosis result in real time. CONSTITUTION: A light source(10) projects a laser light. An image guide part(21) guides the optical signal of an incident light emitted from a surface particle. A scanner(30) scans the optical signal collected from an optical collection unit(20). A light division unit includes a beam splitter projecting the incident light through a first path and a second path. A fluorescence signal detection unit detects a fluorescence signal from an optical signal in the first path.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A system and a method for compensating non-uniformity of a gain of a location sensitivity type multi-anode photomultiplier tube are provided to compensate the non-uniformity of the gain in each anode of the location sensitivity type multi-anode photomultiplier tub by introducing a compensation unit for changing a resistance. CONSTITUTION: A location sensitivity type multi-anode photomultiplier(200) converts a scintillation of an incident gamma ray in a predetermined scintillation crystal(100) to electrons and amplifies a current signal according to each of a plurality of channels. A location detection circuit unit(300) divides the amplified current signal into four current signals to represent a detected location of the gamma ray on the scintillation crystal on the basis of the amplified current signal to the two-dimensional energy distribution. A compensation unit(400) compensates the intensity of the current signal inputted into the location detection circuit unit by changing at least one of a serial variable resistance and a parallel variable resistance. A coordinate production unit(500) receives the four current signals and produces the coordinates of the detected location of the gamma ray on the basis of the current signal having the compensated intensity.
