Abstract: PURPOSE: A medium for culturing Bifidobacterium bifidum BGN4 containing phytic acid is provided to enhance BB-Pol content and to ensure cell adhesion on enteric epithelium. CONSTITUTION: A medium for culturing Bifidobacterium bifidum BGN4 contains phytic acid as the only carbon source. The medium is MRS medium. The phytic acid is added in 1.0-3.0%(w/v). The polysaccharide of Bifidobacterium bifidum BGN4 is massively produced by culturing the strain.
Abstract translation: 目的：提供含有植酸双歧杆菌BGN4培养基的培养基，以增强BB-Pol含量，并确保肠道上皮细胞粘附。 构成：培养双歧双歧杆菌BGN4的培养基含有植酸作为唯一的碳源。 介质是MRS介质。 植酸以1.0-3.0％（w / v）加入。 通过培养菌株大量生产双歧双歧杆菌BGN4的多糖。
