Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for monitoring water quality and a corrosion property in a thermal fluid feeding pipe using a bypass and a monitoring system using the same are provided to remarkably improve accuracy in the measurement of the corrosion property due to the water quality. CONSTITUTION: A method for monitoring water quality and a corrosion property in a thermal fluid feeding pipe (1) using a bypass includes: a step of partially or wholly extracting heating water inside the pipe, and injecting the water into a chamber; a step of measuring the quality of the water inside the chamber; a step of submerging a specimen in the water inside the chamber, and measuring the corrosion property of the specimen; and a step of re-injecting the water inside the chamber into the pipe.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A galvanic sensor for detecting electrical corrosion of a reinforced concrete structure and an electrical corrosion detecting test cell using the same are provided to eliminate a decline factor of the electro-chemical corrosion sensing accuracy of a steel reinforcement because generation source of stray current and a galvanic sensor are separated by a separating membrane so that the stray current is transmitted to the galvanic sensor through concrete. CONSTITUTION: A galvanic sensor(100) for detecting electrical corrosion of a reinforced concrete structure comprises a rod-shaped anode(110), a rod-shaped cathode(120), and an electrode supporter(130). The cathode and anode are separately installed. Some parts of the cathode and anode are inserted into the electrode supporter so that the electrode supporter supports the cathode and anode. An anode wire connected to the anode and a cathode wire connected to the cathode are passed through the electrode supporter, thereby being connected to a ZRA(Zero Resistance Ammeter).
