PURPOSE: A power generation system having a hot water heating function using a solar cell and a TE(Thermo-Electric Device) is provided to secure the high electricity production efficiency by offering a hot water generating function and a cooling function of a solar battery, a thermoelectric element at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A power generation system having a hot water heating function comprises a heat transfer plate(10), a thermoelectric element(20), a cooling plate, and a heat storage tank. A plurality of solar batteries(12) is installed on a surface of the heat transfer plate. The heat transfer plate is obliquely installed with respect to a floor. The thermoelectric element is installed on an upper part of the heat transfer plate. The cooling plate is installed beneath the heat transfer plate. The cooling water flows into the cooling plate from the lower part. The heat storage tank is connected to the upper part and lower part. Heated cold water passed through the cooling plate flows into the heat storage tank and the heat storage tank transfers heat through the heated cold water.

본 발명은 투과성 가변 유리와 태양전지를 이용하여 조도를 제어하는 창문에 관한 것으로, 전계(electric field)의 유무에 따라 배열되는 광편광입자를 포함하며 상기 광편광입자의 배열에 따라 상기 조도 제어 창문을 투과하는 빛의 양이 조절되는 투과형 가변 유리와 사용자로부터 조도 제어 명령을 입력받고 상기 입력된 명령에 따른 전압이 상기 투과형 가변 유리에 인가되도록 제어하는 제어부를 포함하는 조도 제어 창문을 제공함으로써 사용자가 창문에 설치된 유리만을 통하여 조도를 제어할 수 있게 되었다.

PURPOSE: A window to control illumination using a solar battery and a transparency variable glass is provided to control light entered through the window and illumination of home or an office by producing electricity with light. CONSTITUTION: A window to control illumination using a solar battery and a transparency variable glass comprises polarized particles, a transparency variable glass, and control units(140). The polarized particles are arranged according to existence of an electric field. The transparency variable glass controls the quantity of the light through an illumination control window(100) according to the arrangement of polarized particles. The control unit sends voltage to the transparency variable glass according to illumination control order of users.

A doping method of a carbon nanotube is provided to improve conductivity, to maintain flexibility and to be usefully used for various indicating devices, a thin film transistor or a solar battery etc. A doping method of a carbon nanotube comprise steps of: forming an oxidizing agent solution including an oxidizer and an organic solvent; and doping-treating the carbon nanotube to the oxidizing agent solution. The doping treatment comprises a step of mixing and agitating powders of the carbon nanotube into the oxidizing agent solution.
