Abstract:
PURPOSE: Barium titanate powder, a manufacturing method thereof, and a barium titanate powder/polyimide complex composition are provided to secure the high dielectric property and the intensity of the composition, and to apply the composition to an electric circuit and a multilayer printed circuit. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of barium titanate powder combined with a polyimide precursor comprises the following steps: applying a hydroxy group to the barium titanate powder; reacting the barium titanate powder with a silane coupling agent to obtain the barium titanate powder combined with the silane coupling agent; and reacting the barium titanate powder with polyamic acid to obtain the barium titanate powder combined with the polyimide precursor.

본 발명은 포스핀산 금속염 계열의 비할로겐 난연제 및 핵제를 함유함으로써 내열성 및 기계적 물성이 우수한 폴리시클로헥실렌디메틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 수지 조성물의 특성을 이용한 난연성과 내충격성을 갖는 성형품은 디스플레이를 포함한 각종 전기전자 부품이나, 자동차 부품으로 사용될 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A separator is provided to improve insolubility to electrolyte and to improve dimensional stability at high temperatures, thereby improving high temperature cycle performance of an electrochemical device, and to prevent the short circuit between a positive electrode and a negative electrode when an electrochemical device is over-heated. CONSTITUTION: A separator (10) includes a porous polymer substrate (1) and an inorganic particle layer (3) formed at least one side of the porous polymer substrate. By a binder (5), inorganic particles and inorganic particles and porous polymer substrate are connected to each other. The binder is formed by curing polyester on the porous polymer substrate by an isocyanate-based curing agent. The porous polymer substrate and the binder in a network structure, which is formed by a curing reaction of the polyester and the curing agent, are coupled. The inorganic particles are immobilized in the binder in a network structure.

PURPOSE: A phenylene phosphoramidate compound, a manufacturing method thereof, and a flame-retardant thermoplastic resin composition containing thereof are provided to secure the fire retardant property to various thermoplastic resins with the small amount of phenylene phosphoramidate compound. CONSTITUTION: A phenylene phosphoramidate compound is marked with chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula 1, R1 and R2 are selected from the group consisting of alkyl or alkoxy with 1~6 carbons, and aryl or aryloxy with 6~12 carbons. A flame-retardant thermoplastic resin composition contains the following: 100 parts of an acrylonitrile butadiene styrene resin, an ethylene-vinyl acetate resin, their copolymers, and their alloy by weight; and 10~50 parts of phenylene phosphoramidate compound by weight.
