Abstract:
PURPOSE: A novel phosphorus piperazine and thermoplastic resin composition containing the same are provided to produce flame retardant thermoplastic resin with environmentally-friendly characteristics. CONSTITUTION: A phosphorus piperazine is denoted by chemical formula 1. The phosphorus piperazine compound is prepared by reacting the piperazine with a phosphorus compound of chemical formula 2 and adding tertiary amine. A flame retardant thermoplastic resin composition contains 100 weight parts of alloy of ABS resin, EVA resin, resin copolymer thereof, or a resin thereof and 10-50 weight parts of phosphorus piperazine compound.

PURPOSE: A phenylene phosphoramidate compound, a manufacturing method thereof, and a flame-retardant thermoplastic resin composition containing thereof are provided to secure the fire retardant property to various thermoplastic resins with the small amount of phenylene phosphoramidate compound. CONSTITUTION: A phenylene phosphoramidate compound is marked with chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula 1, R1 and R2 are selected from the group consisting of alkyl or alkoxy with 1~6 carbons, and aryl or aryloxy with 6~12 carbons. A flame-retardant thermoplastic resin composition contains the following: 100 parts of an acrylonitrile butadiene styrene resin, an ethylene-vinyl acetate resin, their copolymers, and their alloy by weight; and 10~50 parts of phenylene phosphoramidate compound by weight.

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a Pt/C cathode catalyst for a fuel cell is provided to effectively manufacture the catalyst with the excellent oxygen reduction reaction activity and the minimized platinum carrying amount. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a Pt/C cathode catalyst for a fuel cell comprises the following steps: mixing a carbon supporter and a platinum metal precursor inside a solvent, and reducing the mixture to carry 15~25wt% of platinum particles on the carbon supporter; and heat-processing the carbon supporter in 400~600 deg C to make the size of the platinum particles of 2~6 nanometers, and the full width at half maximum of 0.8~1.2 degrees.

PURPOSE: Quinoxaline derivatives and a preparation method thereof are provided, which derivatives have inhibitory activity against histone deacetylase, which removes an acetyl group from the lysine tail in the N-terminal of histone, by selectively inducing the terminal differentiation of the tumor cells, and thus by inhibiting the growth of tumor cells. CONSTITUTION: The quinoxaline derivatives represented by formula (1) are provided, wherein R1 is aryl, heteroaryl or C3-C8 cycloalkyl which is optionally substituted by one or more substituents selected from hydroxy, halogen, alkyloxy, alkyl, amino, alkylamino, carboxyl, nitro, amide and sulfone in which the heteroaryl contains one or more elements selected from nitrogen, sulfur and oxygen in a ring; R2 is hydrogen or arylalkyl; A is O, S, CH2, sulfone(SO2), sulfoxide(SO), CONH, NHCO, NX or NXSO2 in which X is hydrogen, C1-5 alkyl or independently the same as R1; and n is 0, 1, 2 or 3. The method for preparing a compound of formula (2) comprises the steps of: (a) acylation of 2-bromo arylalkyl carboxylic acid of formula (6) with 3,4-diamino benzoic ester of formula (7) in an aprotic solvent to prepare a compound of formula (8); (b) cyclization of the compounds of formula (8) in the presence of inorganic salts to prepare quinoxaline ester of formula (9); (c) treating the quinoxaline ester of formula (9) with hydroxide salts to prepare an organic acid of formula (10); and (d) acylation of the organic acid of formula (10) with the protected hydroxyl amine and hydrogenating the reaction product in the presence of palladium, wherein Y is O, S, CH2, SO2, SO or NX.
