Abstract: 본 발명은 발모 촉진용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 비타민 D로 활성화된 지방 줄기세포를 포함하는 발모 촉진용 조성물, 상기 지방 줄기세포를 포함하는 탈모 또는 무모증의 예방 및 치료용 조성물 및 지방 줄기세포의 발모능 증진 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서 지방 줄기세포는 비타민 D에 의해서 발모능이 향상되어 더 우수한 발모 효과를 나타내게 된다. 따라서 본 발명의 조성물 및 발모능 증진방법은 발모가 필요한 경우나 탈모/무모증의 예방 및 치료를 위하여 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A composition containing adipose stem cells which are activated by vitamin D is provided to improve hair growth ability and to prevent or treat alopecia. CONSTITUTION: A composition for enhancing hair growth ability of adipose stem cells contains vitamin D as an active ingredient. The adipose stem cells are autologous adipose stem cells. A method for enhancing hair growth ability of adipose stem cells comprises: a step of inoculating adipose stem cells to a medium containing vitamin D for 3-36 hours. The concentration of vitamin D is 10^-8 to 10^-4 M.

Abstract: A pharmaceutical composition comprising Botulinum toxin as the active ingredient is provided to improve safety of use by inhibiting immune rejection response, and increase the engraft rate by extending the blood vessel in the graft site of adipocyte and increasing the remaining amount of adipocyte, thereby promoting the adipocyte engraft. The pharmaceutical composition for promoting the adipocyte engraft comprises adipocyte and Botulinum toxin such as Botulinum A-type toxin which is secreted from Clostridium botulinum and blocks the neuro-transmission in the synapse having acetylcolin receptor by blocking release of acetylcholine from the nerve end.
