Abstract:
본 발명은 고막재생용 인조 키토산 패치에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 천연고분자 물질인 키토산을 이용하여 제조한 고막재생용 스캐폴드에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 키토산 패치는 천공된 고막의 효율적인 재생을 위해서 생체적합재료인 키토산을 이용하여 제조한 것으로서 고막천공에 따른 고막재생 수술을 대신하고 기존의 종이 패치의 단점을 극복하여 고막을 재생시키는데 유용하게 이용될 수 있을 것이다.
Abstract:
An artificial chitosan patch for regeneration of an eardrum is provided to utilize chitosan that is known as highly effective for regenerating an eardrum, and to help people not to go through a surgical operation for eardrum regeneration. An artificial chitosan patch or scaffold for regeneration of an eardrum is prepared by: preparing a 1-10% acetic acid solution by mixing distilled water with acetic acid and distilled water; mixing and agitating a mixture of the acetic acid being prepared, 1-10% insoluble chitosan and glycerol; filtering the mixture of acetic acid, insoluble chitosan and glycerol; and drying the filtered solution in a vessel at 30-60 deg.C for less than 24 hours. Preferably, the filtering step is done by using a filter having a pore size of 0.1 to 10 mul.

PURPOSE: A composition containing red ginseng extract is provided to reduce side effects of ototoxic drug-induced vestibular dysfunction and to treat infectious diseases. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating ototoxic drug-induced vestibular dysfunction contains red ginseng extract as an active ingredient. The extract is prepared using water, low carbon number alcohol of 1-4 carbon atoms, or a mixture solvent thereof. The ototoxic drug is antibiotics, anticancer drug, or diuretic. The antibiotics include streptomycin, kanamycin, gentamycin, neomycin, amikacin, tobramycin, or netilmycin. An aid for suppressing the side effects of vestibular dysfunction-related antibiotics contains the extract as an active ingredient. A food composition for preventing or treating vestibular dysfunction contains the red ginseng extract as an active ingredient.

PURPOSE: A chitosan patch scaffold releasing growth factors, and a producing method thereof are provided to treat the chronic tympanic membrane perforation. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a chitosan patch scaffold releasing growth factors comprises the following steps: producing a solution by controlling the concentration of chitosan and glycerol; adding the growth factors into the solution; adjusting the amount of the solution to form a patch shape; and drying the solution to obtain the patch scaffold. The concentration of the chitosan is 2-5%, and the concentration of the glycerol is 1-5%. The growth factors are selected from an epidermal growth factor, a fiber blast growth factor, insulin-like growth factor binding protein, or their combination.
