Abstract: 본 발명은 고막재생용 인조 키토산 패치에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 천연고분자 물질인 키토산을 이용하여 제조한 고막재생용 스캐폴드에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 키토산 패치는 천공된 고막의 효율적인 재생을 위해서 생체적합재료인 키토산을 이용하여 제조한 것으로서 고막천공에 따른 고막재생 수술을 대신하고 기존의 종이 패치의 단점을 극복하여 고막을 재생시키는데 유용하게 이용될 수 있을 것이다.

Abstract: An artificial chitosan patch for regeneration of an eardrum is provided to utilize chitosan that is known as highly effective for regenerating an eardrum, and to help people not to go through a surgical operation for eardrum regeneration. An artificial chitosan patch or scaffold for regeneration of an eardrum is prepared by: preparing a 1-10% acetic acid solution by mixing distilled water with acetic acid and distilled water; mixing and agitating a mixture of the acetic acid being prepared, 1-10% insoluble chitosan and glycerol; filtering the mixture of acetic acid, insoluble chitosan and glycerol; and drying the filtered solution in a vessel at 30-60 deg.C for less than 24 hours. Preferably, the filtering step is done by using a filter having a pore size of 0.1 to 10 mul.

Abstract translation: 提供用于再生鼓膜的人造壳聚糖贴片，以利用被称为高度有效再生鼓膜的壳聚糖，并且帮助人们不经过手术以进行鼓膜再生。 通过以下方法制备用于再生鼓膜的人造壳聚糖贴片或支架：通过将蒸馏水与乙酸和蒸馏水混合来制备1-10％乙酸溶液; 混合并搅拌所制备的乙酸，1-10％不溶性壳聚糖和甘油的混合物; 过滤乙酸，不溶性壳聚糖和甘油的混合物; 并在30-60℃下将容器中的过滤溶液干燥少于24小时。 优选地，通过使用孔径为0.1至10微米的过滤器来进行过滤步骤。
