Abstract: 본 발명은 하이드로 포밍을 이용한 마그네슘 프레임의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로서, 마그네슘 또는 마그네슘 합금 소재 튜브를 금형에 로딩하는 단계; 마그네슘 또는 마그네슘 합금 소재 튜브의 내부에 압력 유체를 주입하는 단계; 및 마그네슘 또는 마그네슘 합금 소재 튜브 내부의 유체에 압력을 가하여 금형에 맞게 성형하여 성형이 완료된 소재 튜브를 취출하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명에 의하면, 고온의 가압 유체가 열전달 작용에 의하여 150℃ ~ 600℃, 바람직하게는 180℃ ~ 400℃, 더욱 바람직하게는 230℃ ~ 300℃의 특성을 지니게 됨으로서, 상기 온도에 근접한 마그네슘 소재는 연신율이 증가하여 높은 성형성을 얻게 되어 소성 가공이 가능해진다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A chemical reactor is provided to prevent contamination of a friction part between an agitating shaft and a bearing by discharging materials in a chamber through a discharge line formed on a bearing protection unit. CONSTITUTION: A chemical reactor comprises the following: a main body(10) on which a chamber(10a) is formed; an inlet(11) formed on one side of the chemical reactor; an agitating shaft(15) connected to an agitating propeller and vertically installed on the main body of the chemical reactor; a bearing(21) inserted into the circumference of the agitating shaft; a support(22) supporting the bearing; a discharge line(41,42,43) formed to discharge materials inside the chamber; and a bearing protective unit(30) preventing inflow of the materials between the agitating shaft and the bearing.
