The market comprises a plurality of markets installed in a structure. The image processing unit filters the marker images photographed by a plurality of cameras. The coordinate conversion unit calculates three-dimensional coordinates by using the filtered marker images. The deformation measuring unit measures a deformation rate of the structure by analyzing a value of the three-dimensional coordinates calculated by the coordinate conversion unit.
