Abstract: PURPOSE: An automatic transmission device for an electric vehicle is provided to decrease gear shift shock, by rotating a shift sleeve with friction force generated by contacting with a protruded part. CONSTITUTION: A main shaft is connected to a driving motor. A sub shaft delivers power of the driving motor to a differential gear. A shift sleeve (124) is installed between a one-stage gear sub shaft gear and a two-stage gear sub shaft gear. A first shock relaxation disc (110a) is installed between the one-stage sub shaft gear and the shift sleeve. A second shock relaxation disc (110b) is installed between two-stage sub shaft gear and the shift sleeve.
