Abstract: The present invention relates to an evaluation system based on virtual driving as to a road including a tunnel. Abstract: The present invention relates to a system and a method for controlling a turn signal light according to tire direction sensing. A fore wheel of a vehicle is arranged on a straight line by controlling the direction of a tire when the vehicle is parked and stopped, and a turn signal light is automatically switched on and off when a driver changes a lane by determining a lane change intention and a sleepiness state of the driver. According to the present invention for achieving the above purpose, the system for controlling a turn signal light comprises: an inertia measuring part for sensing the direction of the tire by measuring the change amount of steering wheel movement according to operation of a driver; a sensor part for recognizing a lane by measuring the change in reflectivity of the lane; a determining part for determining whether a driver is in a sleepiness state or not by using a camera sensor and an ultrasonic wave array sensor attached to a ceiling of a driver seat, and for determining whether the driver intends to change a lane or not based on a change value in reflectivity measured through the sensor part and information about the direction of a tire sensed through the inertia measuring part in case the driver is not in a sleepiness state; and a turn signal light managing part for switching on the turn signal light when the determining part determines that the driver intends to change a lane, and for switching off the turn signal light by determining that the driver drives a vehicle in a changed lane by completing the lane change when a change in the direction of the tire sensed through the inertia measuring part is below a setting range.
