Abstract: PURPOSE: An image system for a vehicle is provided to select a structure of image processing software depending on various objects, thereby implementing the optimal image system for the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A classifier(40) recognizes an image of an external object of a vehicle, and classifies the category of the recognized external object. An image processing unit(50) reflects the classified category in real time, and processes the image. The image processing unit selects the image processing feature parameter which corresponds to the structures of image processing software stored in a database unit(70) and the category which is classified through the image processing characteristic parameter. The image processing unit displays the optimized image on a display unit(60).
