Abstract: The present invention provides a health care monitoring system using a smart insole, which includes: a bottom layer which contact a bottom in the shoes, and is installed with a circuit part controlling an operation of the smart insole; a sensing layer which is formed in a shape corresponding to the bottom layer, and is combined to the bottom layer, and is manufactured with a smart fiber whose capacitance varies according to the change of temperature, humidity or pressure; and a cover layer covering the sensing layer. The circuit part includes: a sensing part including more than one sensing electrode which senses the change of the capacitance of the sensing layer; a power supply part for supplying electricity to the circuit part; a micom which detects temperature, humidity or pressure according to the position of each sensing electrode by receiving a signal from the sensing electrode, and controls the operation of each component of the circuit part; and a communication part for transmitting an output signal of the micom wirelessly. And an output terminal which analyzes the state of a left/right shoe installed with the smart insole or the state of a left/right foot of a user by receiving an output signal of the micom from the communication part, and then outputs the analysis result.
