본 발명은 동물뼈로부터 저결정성 세라믹재를 제조하는 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명의 저결정성 세라믹재는 체내에서 생분해가 가능하며, 골전도 능력이 매우 높고, 인체에 안전하게 적용될 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명은 본 발명의 방법에 의해 제조된 저결정성 세라믹재 및 이를 포함하는 골 이식재 및 골 지지체, 생체적합성 고분자를 추가적으로 포함하는 복합재를 제공한다.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for manufacturing low crystalline ceramics derived from animal bones. The low crystalline ceramics of the present invention is capable of performing biodegradation, has high bone conductivity and can be applied to the human body in a stable manner. Moreover, the present invention provides a composite material including a biocompatible polymer, bone scaffold and bone grafting substitute including the low crystalline ceramics manufactured by the method according to the present invention and the low crystalline ceramics.

Provided is a method for preparing low crystalline ceramic materials derived from animal bones. Low crystalline ceramic materials of the present invention are bio-degradable in the body, have excellent bone conductivity, and can be safely applied to the body. In addition, the present invention provides a composite comprising low crystalline ceramic materials prepared by the method of the present invention, a bone graft material and a bone supporter comprising the same, and additionally comprising a biocompatible polymer.
