Abstract: 본 발명은 골 형성 또는 혈관신생 촉진용 펩타이드 및 이의 용도에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 골 형성 촉진용 펩타이드는 저분자량의 펩타이드로서 경제적으로 생산할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 골아세포의 분화를 촉진시켜 빠른 골 형성을 유도할 수 있는 효과가 있다. 따라서, 본 발명의 펩타이드는 골 질환의 예방 또는 치료를 위하여 유용하게 사용할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 혈관신생 촉진용 펩타이드는 VEGF의 발현을 통하여 혈관신생을 유도할 수 있는 효과가 있다. 따라서, 본 발명의 펩타이드는 허혈성 질환의 예방 또는 치료를 위하여 유용하게 사용할 수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A composition containing a chitosan is provided to promote osteoblast differentiation, prevent and treat osteoarthritis and/or osteoporosis. CONSTITUTION: A composition for promoting osteoblast differentiation contains chitosan as an active ingredient. The chitosan is water-soluble free amine chitosan. The composition contains 0.1-10 ug/ml of 1000 Da chitosan and 0.01-10 ug/ml of 100kDa or more chitosan. An osteogenic differentiation medium composition contains the chitosan as an active ingredient. A pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating osteoarthritis and osteoporosis also contains the chitosan as an active ingredient.

Abstract: An osteogenic differentiation method of mesenchymal stem cell is provided to promote the differentiation of osteoblast and increase calcium deposit by irradiating light of red wavelength. A method for differentiating osteoblast comprises: a step of preparing a mesenchymal stem cell; a step of culturing the mesenchymal stem cell in osterogenic differentiation medium (ODM) containing inducing ingredient of ossification; and a step of irradiating light of 600nm-700nm red wavelength to promote the differentiation to osteoblast. The differentiation of osteoblast is measured by activation variation of alkaline phosphatase. The alkaline phosphatase is generated an enzyme for target of ossification at differentiation metaphase.
