Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for producing indiruvin from indican using wild type E.coli is provided to simplify reaction process using whole cells of E.coli. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing indiruvin by aerobic reaction of whole cell of E.coli comprises a step of adding E.coli to indicant containing plant or plant extract to convert the indicant to indirubin, and a step of adding E.coli. The whole cell of E.coli is wild type E.coli of E.coli K12 or C(KCTC 2571) or mutant strain E. coli XL1-blue, JM104, DH5alpha, SURE, JM104, TOP10 or BL21(DE3). The reaction is performed in a reaction solution containing 20-70 mM Tris-HCl buffer, 0.1-10 mM indicant, and 0.01-5% triton surfactants.
Abstract translation: 目的:提供使用野生型大肠杆菌从印度生产靛玉红的方法,以简化使用大肠杆菌全细胞的反应过程。 构成:通过大肠杆菌全细胞的需氧反应生产吲哚维因的方法包括将大肠杆菌加入到含有植物或植物提取物的指示剂中以将指示物转化为靛玉红的步骤和加入大肠杆菌的步骤。 大肠杆菌的全细胞是大肠杆菌K12或C(KCTC 2571)或突变株大肠杆菌XL1-blue,JM104,DH5α,SURE,JM104,TOP10或BL21(DE3)的野生型大肠杆菌。 该反应在含有20-70mM Tris-HCl缓冲液,0.1-10mM指示剂和0.01-5%triton表面活性剂的反应溶液中进行。
