Abstract: A Pseudomonas sp. KM1 is provided to be able to biologically decompose bi-, tri-, and tetra-cyclic aromatic hydrocarbons by isolating the Pseudomonas sp. KM1 from contaminated soil, thereby being usefully used for purifying contaminated soil or water. The Pseudomonas sp. KM1 having polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon degrading activity is deposited as a deposition number of KCCM 10740P. In the method for biologically decomposing a polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon, the Pseudomonas sp. KM1(deposition no. KCCM 10740P) is used. The Pseudomonas sp. KM1 is able to decompose naphthalene, acenaphthylene, acenaphthene, fluorine, phenanthrene, pyrene, and fluoranthene, and the mixed contaminant thereof.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A purification device and a method thereof are provided to extract the heavy metal of soil by using acid solution and remove volatile, semi-volatile, and nonvolatile contaminant by sequentially injecting microorganism. CONSTITUTION: A purification device includes a reactor(1) which dig the contaminated soil, a steam generator(2) for supplying the soil of the reactor and moisture, a bioreactor(4) for injecting the microorganism solution into the reactor, a container(5) for injecting the acid cleaning solution into the reactor, a discharge pump(30) for discharging the steam vapor and aqueous solution, a water-cooling gas/liquid separation device(40) separating the steam vapor exhausted from the reactor into liquid and gas, and an apparatus for processing substratum(10) processing the gas separated from the gas-liquid separator.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A contaminated soil purification apparatus using subcritical water is provided to simplify a post-treatment process, to purify contaminated soil in a short time, and to recycle treated contaminants. CONSTITUTION: A contaminated soil purification apparatus using subcritical water comprises the following: a water storage tank(1); a high-pressure pump(2) for pressurizing water inside the water storage tank; a pre-heater(3) for generating the subcritical water by heating the water; a reactor(5) for removing contaminants from contaminated soil by passing the subcritical water through the contaminated soil; a heat exchanger(8) for treating high temperature processing water discharged from the reactor; a separator(9) for separating the contaminants by the specific gravity; and a rear pressure controller(10) for controlling the pressure of the subcritical water.

Abstract: 예를 들어 유류, 중금속류, 다환방향족탄화수소류(Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, PAHs), 화약류, 농약류 등으로 오염된 토양을 아임계수를 이용하여 정화할 수 있는 경제적이고 효율적인 오염 토양 정화 방법이 개시되어 있다. 이러한 오염 토양 정화 방법은 (a) 물 저장조로부터의 물을 고압 펌프에 의해 가압시키고 상기 고압 펌프로부터의 가압된 물을 예열기를 통해 가열하여 아임계 상태의 물(아임계수)을 생성시키는 단계; (b) 반응기의 내부에 정화 대상 오염 토양을 적재하는 단계; (c) 상기 단계 (a)로부터 생성된 아임계수를 상기 단계 (b)의 반응기의 내부에 적재되어 있는 정화 대상 오염 토양에 상기 단계 (a)로부터의 고압 펌프의 도움으로 고압으로 가하여 통과시킴으로써 정화 대상 오염 토양으로부터 오염물질을 제거하는 단계; (d) 상기 단계 (c)로부터의 고온의 오염물질 포함 처리수를 열교환기에 의해 냉각시키는 단계; 및 (e) 상기 단계 (d)의 열교환기에 의해 냉각된 오염 물질 포함 처리수 중의 오염물질을 분리기에 의해 비중별로 분리하는 단계를 포함한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 여러 종류의 지속성 유기 오염물질로 오염된 토양을 신속하게 처리할 수 있고, 후처리공정이 단순하며, 처리된 오염물질을 재활용할 수 있는 친환경적인 이점이 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for purifying polluted soil is provided to efficiently purify soil in a short period of time by treating soil polluted with one pollutant and complex pollutants. CONSTITUTION: A method for purifying polluted soil includes the following: water from a water storing bath(1) is pressurized by a high pressure pump(2); the pressurized water is heated by a pre-heater(3) to generate subcritical water; polluted soil to be purified is stacked in a reactor(5); the subcritical water passes through the polluted soil based o the high pressure pump to eliminate pollutants from the polluted soil; treated water containing the pollutants of high temperatures is cooled by a heat exchanger(8); and pollutants from the cooled water is separated by specific gravities using a separator(9).
