Abstract: 본발명은오염된토양을처리하는데있어서석유계유기오염물들(가솔린, 경유, 벙커시유, 엔진오일, 다환방향족화합물등)과중금속이동시에고농도범위로오염된토양을정화할경우에적용할수 있는경제적이고효율적인오염토양정화장치및 방법개발에관한것이다. 본발명에서오염토양정화장치는토양가열및 수분공급에이용되는스팀발생기와토양의오염물의탈착과미생물분해가일어나는반응기, 증기추출에이용되는배출펌프및 오염물을분해할수 있는균을배양하는미생물배양기, 산세척용매를담고있는용기및 세척된산을재순환시키는장치로구성된다. 오염토양정화방법에서는유기오염물로오염된토양에스팀공급을통하여토양을가열하고, 수분의함량을증가시킴으로인해, 유기오염물용해도및 증기압증가, 탈착을유도하고, 증기추출을통하여토양내 유기오염물을우선적으로제거한다. 제거한후 잔류한유기오염물은미생물을주입하여추가적으로분해제거할수 있도록한다. 그다음중금속세척용액을주입하여중금속을제거할수 있도록한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A purification device and a method thereof are provided to extract the heavy metal of soil by using acid solution and remove volatile, semi-volatile, and nonvolatile contaminant by sequentially injecting microorganism. CONSTITUTION: A purification device includes a reactor(1) which dig the contaminated soil, a steam generator(2) for supplying the soil of the reactor and moisture, a bioreactor(4) for injecting the microorganism solution into the reactor, a container(5) for injecting the acid cleaning solution into the reactor, a discharge pump(30) for discharging the steam vapor and aqueous solution, a water-cooling gas/liquid separation device(40) separating the steam vapor exhausted from the reactor into liquid and gas, and an apparatus for processing substratum(10) processing the gas separated from the gas-liquid separator.
