    Abstract: PURPOSE: A producing method of a metal nanoparticle using a plant extract is provided to control the size and the shape of the metal nanoparticle by adjusting the reaction time, the temperature, and the pH of the reaction between a water-soluble metal compound and the plant extract. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a metal nanoparticle using a plant extract comprises a step of reacting a water-soluble metal compound and the plant extract by adjusting the reaction time, the temperature, or the pH of the reaction for controlling the shape of the metal nanoparticle. 1~10ml of plant extract is mixed with 10~100ml of 1mM water-soluble metal compound. The adjusting process of the pH is performed by adjusting the pH of the reaction into 2.5~3.5 for controlling the shape of the metal nanoparticle into a hexagon, a triangle, or sphere.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A chitosan-biomass complex containing bacteria biomass in chitosan is provided to improve adsorption performance and to be easily applied to a process. CONSTITUTION: A chitosan-biomass complex is prepared by supporting bacteria biomass in chitosan. The complex contains amine group-containing cationic polymers which are cross-linked on the surface of the complex. The complex also contains amine group-containing cationic polymers having the bacteria biomass which is cross-linked on the surface. The bacteria include Corynebacterium ammoniagenes, Corynebacterium glutamicum, Escherichia coli, Bacillus megatherium, Serratia marcescens, or Brevibacterium ammoniagenes. A method for preparing the complex comprises: a step of stirring a mixture containing the bacteria biomass, chitosan, and acid solution; and a step of curing the mixture by applying an alkaline solution.
