Abstract: PURPOSE: A polymer gel containing metal extract is provided to improve metal collection performance, to selectively collect a specific metal, and to separate solid and liquid from each other. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a polymer gel containing metal extract comprises a step of manufacturing a mixture by mixing a metal extract, highly viscous material, and a polymer solidifier; and a step of spinning the mixture to polymer solution which is dissolved in solvent. The highly viscous material is 0.01-50 parts by weight, based on 100.0 parts by weight of the metal extract. A polymer gel including a metal extract comprises an inner layer including the mixture of the metal extract and highly conductive material; and a polymer gel outer layer surrounding the inner layer. Abstract: 본 발명은 금속 추출제를 포함하는 고분자겔, 그 제조방법 및 이를 이용한 유가금속의 회수방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 금속을 분리 및 회수하기 위하여 사용되는 금속 추출제를 고분자겔 내부에 입상화시켜 물성을 향상시키면서 작업 안전성을 개선할 수 있고 금속 추출제의 보관 및 사용에 편리성을 제공할 수 있는 금속추출제를 포함하는 고분자겔, 그 제조방법 및 이를 이용한 유가금속의 회수방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 따르면, 금속 추출제를 입상화시킨 고분자겔을 제공함으로써 금속 회수 성능을 향상시킬 수 있고 특정 금속만 선택적으로 회수할 수 있다. 아울러 고액분리가 가능하여 친환경적 공정으로 운용할 수 있다. 또한 금속 추출제의 보관 및 사용에 편리성을 제공할 수 있다.-

Abstract: The present invention relates to a hydrogel containing a metal reducing agent wherein adsorption performance and selectivity for the specific metal are improved by including the metal reduction material on the surface or in the inside, and a method for manufacturing the same. The hydro gel according to the present invention contains the metal reduction material such that metal recovering ability can be improved, and addionally, specific valuable metals can be selectively recovered. Addtionally, the method according to the invention is capable of solid-liquid separation in recovering valuable metals so as to simplify the process compared with the existing hydrometallurgical processes, and does not generate a secondary sludge so as to manage the process in a more environment-friendly way. Selective recovering of valuable metals is possible using characteristics of the metal reduction material, and thereby, enabling to efficiently separate and recover valuable metals which is difficult to separate in a water system.
