Abstract:
본 발명은 (A)평균입자직경이 0.20∼0.30㎛인 그라프트 공중합체수지와 평균입자직경이 0.10∼0.20㎛인 그라프트 공중합체수지의 혼합물 25 내지 45중량부, (B)아크릴로니트릴 함량이 34∼36중량%이고 중량평균분자량이 70,000∼90,000인 SAN 수지와 아크릴로니트릴 함량이 31∼33중량%이고 중량평균분자량이 120,000∼140,000인 SAN 수지의 혼합물 55 내지 75중량부로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 피로강도가 우수한 열가소성 수지 조성물에 관한 것으로, 단량체 조성과 분자량 분포가 서로 다른 SAN 수지를 혼합 사용함으로써 뛰어난 피로강도와 고강성 등을 달성하여 전기전자 부품, 자동차 부품 등에 광범위하게 사용될 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A thermoplastic resin composition having excellent paintability, flow property and impact resistance is provided. CONSTITUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition comprises: (A) 10 to 60 parts by weight of a graft copolymer resin obtained by graft polymerization of (i) 30 to 70 parts by weight of a rubbery polymer mixture consisting of 40 to 80 wt% of a rubbery polymer having an average particle diameter of 0.25 to 0.35 micrometers and 20 to 60 wt% of a rubbery polymer having an average particle diameter of 0.15 to 0.20 micrometers and (ii) 70 to 30 parts by weight of a monomer mixture consisting of 80 to 70 wt% of an aromatic vinyl monomer and 20 to 30 wt% of an unsaturated nitrile monomer; (B) 20 to 80 parts by weight of a SAN copolymer resin containing 30 to 35 wt% of acrylonitrile and having a weight average molecular weight of 100,000 to 150,000; and (C) 0.01 to 10 parts by weight of a SAN copolymer resin having a weight average molecular weight greater than 1,000,000.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: ABS resin composition is provided to accomplish excellent impact-resistance and durability by preparing the resin composition by means of common emulsion-polymerization method with specific graft copolymer resin and SAN resin. CONSTITUTION: The ABS(acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene) resin composition having good impact-resistance and durability comprises 15-25 wt.% of resin combination including graft copolymer resins having mean particle size of 0.20-0.30 micrometers and 0.10-0.20 micrometers; and 75-85 wt.% of SAN(styrene-acrylonitrile) resin. The resin of 0.2-0.30 micrometers amounts to 10-20 wt.% while the resin of 0.10-0.20 micrometers amounts to 5-10 wt.% based on total weight percent of the composition. SAN resin is a combination of SAN resin having weight mean molecular weights of 110,000-130,000 and 80,000-100,000 in a weight percent ratio of 60-70 wt.% and 20-50 wt.%, respectively.

PURPOSE: Provided is styrene thermoplastic resin composition that is excellent in antistatics and can be used for a tray of semiconductor parts. CONSTITUTION: Styrene thermoplastic resin composition comprises 100 pts.wt. of a rubber-modified styrene resin having an average molecular weight of 19-22, 1.0-3.0 pts.wt. of a mixture of anionic surfactant, 0.05-1.0 pts.wt of a glyceryl monostearate, 0.3-0.7 pts.wt. of titanium dioxide and 0.01-0.1 pts.wt. of zinc-stearate. The rubber-modified styrene resin comprises 90-92 pts.wt. of a monovinyl aromatic compound, 8-10 pts.wt. of a polybutadiene rubber, 1.0-2.5 pts.wt. of a liquid paraffin-mineral oil, 0.05-0.1 pts.wt. of triethyleneglycol-bis-3-(3-t-butyl-4-hydroxy-5-methylphenyl)propionate. The mixture of anionic surfactant comprises a chlorosulfonated and saponificated paraffin oil and magnesium stearate.

A glass fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin pellet is provided to ensure aspect ratio reducing loss of glass fiber, excellent impact strength and creep characteristic. A method for manufacturing glass fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin pellet with excellent impact strength and creep characteristic comprises the steps of: injecting aromatic vinyl-based copolymers or their mixture in an extruder and melting the materials; side-feeding glass fiber in the middle part of the extruder and mixing with molten materials; extruding the mixture through a nozzle of which the inside has a cylinder or column shape; and cutting the extruded material so that the ratio (L/D) of the height(L) to the maximum axis(D) of the bottom.

A polycarbonate-based thermoplastic resin composition comprises 100 parts by weight of a base resin which comprises 40-90 parts by weight of a thermoplastic polycarbonate resin, 5-50 parts by weight of carbon black, 1-50 parts by weight of a rubber modified vinyl-based graft copolymer and 0-50 parts by weight of a vinyl-based copolymer; 1-30 parts by weight of an oligomeric phosphate compound which comprises 5-99 wt% of an oligomeric phosphate compound derived from bisphenol A or its mixture, and 1-95 wt% of an oligomeric phosphate compound derived from resorcinol or its mixture; and 0.05-5 parts by weight of a fluorinated polyolefin-based resin.

PURPOSE: A thermoplastic resin composition using microparticle is provided, to lower the gloss with suppressing the deterioration of the mechanical properties. CONSTITUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition comprises 10-50 parts by weight of the graft copolymer resin prepared by copolymerizing 10-30 parts by weight of a cyano vinyl compound and 70-90 parts by weight of an aromatic vinyl compound to 30-60 parts by weight of a rubbery polymer; 40-80 parts by weight of the copolymer consisting of 20-40 wt% of a cyano vinyl compound and 60-80 wt% of an aromatic vinyl compound; and 1-50 parts by weight of a crosslinkable organic microparticle. Preferably the crosslinkable organic microparticle is prepared by dispersing a polymer organic dispersant aqueous solution and a solution containing a crosslinkable monomer, an initiator and a polymerizable monomer to a drop of 0.1-3.0 micrometers and polymerizing it at a temperature of 50-80 deg.C, and has a particle size of 1-20 micrometers.

PURPOSE: A styrene thermoplastic resin composition is provided which is excellent in electrostatic discharge resistance and surface glossiness by adding glyceryl monostearate, a higher fatty acid and a surfactant to a rubber-denatured styrene resin. CONSTITUTION: The composition comprises: 100 pts.wt. of a rubber-denatured styrene resin having a weight average molecular weight of 200,000-250,000; 1.0-3.0 pts.wt of an anionic surfactant mixture, 0.05-1.0 pts.wt. of glyceryl monostearate and 0.01-0.1 pts.wt. of zinc stearate. The rubber-denatured styrene resin is produced by adding a mono vinyl aromatic compound, a polybutadiene rubber, a liquid paraffin-mineral oil, polydimethylsiloxane or polydiphenylsiloxane, and an antioxidant, followed by mass polymerization.

PURPOSE: Provided is an ABS resin composition which reveals excellent pearl gray with keeping mechanical physical properties such as shock intensity or durability to be applied to various electronic devices. CONSTITUTION: An ABS (acrylonitrile-butadiene styrene copolymer) resin composition with excellent pearl gray comprises (A) graft copolymer resin 10-50wt.% prepared by grafting graft monomer mixture 40-60wt.% composed of acrylonitrile and styrene monomer over rubber latex 40-60wt.% composed of rubber of 0.10-0.30μm average diameter; (B) the mixture 90-50wt.% of one or more kinds out of matrix SAN resin of average molecular weight 80,000-150,000 containing acrylonitrile 20-40wt.%; (C) dispersive particles whose average diameter is 1-100μm and which is 0.1-10wt.% on the basis of the (A)+(B) 100wt.%; and (D) titanium dioxide of 0.01-3wt.% to be contained additionally.
