The present invention relates to an optical film. The optical film includes at least one film including a transparent substrate and multiple prisms arranged on the substrate. At least one of the transparent substrate and the prisms includes a light emitting material. The relative light emission intensity of the optical film is 0.9 or less at the wavelength band of 380 to 480 nm. The optical film can acquire a wide view angle and excellent brightness without lowering the refractive index.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an anti-glare film and a method for manufacturing the same, wherein the anti-glare film includes: a transparent substrate; a photocurable resin layer which is laminated on one surface of the transparent base; and a plurality of amorphous patterns formed on the surface of the photocurable resin layer. The anti-glare film of the present invention improves light diffusion, shows improved brightness without the degradation of transmission clearness, and improves front brightness and luminous characteristics when applied to a polarizing plate and a display device.

PURPOSE: An optical sheet including a protruded lens is provided to have high luminance, mechanical durability and good scratch characteristics at the same time as preventing moire phenomenon and concentric circle band blotchy appearance, and to be able to be used with only BLU 2 sheet structure without an uppermost diffusion film of BLU 3 sheet structure. CONSTITUTION: An optical sheet includes a flat substrate(1), a plurality of lenticular lenses(2) and a plurality of protruded lenses(3). The plurality of lenticular lenses is formed on the front of the substrate. The plurality of protruded lenses is formed at a peak portion of the lenticular lens.

PURPOSE: A mold for forming an optical pattern for a display is provided to widely change the size and the shape of a pattern by improving ultraviolet optical efficiency in an optical pattern formation process. CONSTITUTION: A reflective film(110) comprises a reflective metallic layer and a first base film(112). Reflective metal is deposited on the first base film to form the reflective film. A second base film is arranged on the upper side of the reflective metallic layer. A pattern layer is arranged on the second base film. The pattern layer and the second base film compose a pattern film(130). An adhesive layer(120) is arranged between the reflective film and the pattern film.

The present invention relates to an optical sheet which includes a base film and a diffuser formed on a surface of the base film. The diffuser includes an anti-adhesion pattern with a plurality of arched protrusions. The bottom of the protrusions is formed to be a closed surface. The side of the protrusions includes a first surface extended from one side of the edge of the bottom and a second surface extended from the other side of the edge of the bottom. An intersection between the first surface and the second surface is formed to be a curve and is extended from one spot on the edge of the bottom to another spot on the edge of the bottom. The optical sheet has excellent anti-adhesion properties and prevents wet-out, Newton′s ring, and moire phenomenon without decreasing luminance.

길이방향 웨이브 패턴의 집광부 및 반사부를 갖는 프리즘시트, 이를 채용한 백라이트 유니트, 및 상기 백라이트 유니트를 구비한 액정표시장치가 개시된다. 개시된 프리즘시트는, 투명기판, 상기 투명기판 상에 배치되는 길이방향 웨이브 패턴의 집광부들, 및 상기 투명기판의 상기 집광부가 배치된 면과 반대쪽 면에 배치된 반사부들을 구비하고, 상기 길이방향 웨이브 패턴의 집광부는 상기 집광부의 높이 및 폭 중 적어도 하나가 길이에 따라 연속적으로 또는 불연속적으로 변화하도록 형상화된 것을 특징으로 한다. 따라서, 개시된 프리즘시트는 광효율 및 생산수율이 향상되고, 상기 프리즘시트를 채용한 백라이트 유니트는 제조공정이 단순화되고 제조비용이 절감되며, 상기 백라이트 유니트를 채용한 액정표시장치는 정면휘도와 시야각이 향상되고 침윤 현상과 모아레 현상이 방지될 수 있다.

CONSTITUTION: A light-collecting part has longitudinal direction wave pattern on a transparent substrate(25a). Reflection parts are arranged on the opposite side from the light-collecting part of the transparent substrate. A light-collecting part of longitudinal direction wave pattern is formed to continuously or discontinuously change along at least one length. Two or more kinds or light-collecting parts(25b) which have different length is arrange by turn.
