본 발명의 소프트 몰드는 일면에 요철부가 존재하는 제1베이스 필름 및 상기 일면에 대향하는 상기 제1베이스 필름의 타면에 존재하는 반사층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 상기 소프트 몰드는 광반사층을 도입함으로써 광경화 수지의 광이용 효율, 수지와 몰드와의 이형성, 수지와 베이스 필름간의 부착성 및 내구성을 향상시킬 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A lighting device is provided to include at least two of the light source units which have different distribution of light, thereby controlling various colors. CONSTITUTION: A first light source unit (10) is arranged in a first longitudinal direction. A second light source unit (20) has different distribution of light from the first light source unit. The second light source unit is arranged in one side of the first light source unit. The first light source unit comprises a first light guide unit (11) and a first light source (12). The second light source unit comprises a second light guide unit and a second light source.

PURPOSE: A soft mold and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase the heterplasia between photo-curable resin and a soft mold and the adhesive property between the photo-curable resin and a base film by increasing efficiency for light utilization of the photo-curable resin as a light reflective layer is adapted. CONSTITUTION: A soft mold comprises a first base film(104), an uneven part(102), a reflective layer(108), and a semi-transmissive layer(118). The uneven part includes irregular patterns formed in one side of the first base film. The reflective layer is arranged in the other side of the first base film. The semi-transmissive layer is arranged on the top of the uneven part. The reflective layer and the semi-transmissive layer are formed by a same material.

PURPOSE: A mold for forming an optical pattern for a display is provided to widely change the size and the shape of a pattern by improving ultraviolet optical efficiency in an optical pattern formation process. CONSTITUTION: A reflective film(110) comprises a reflective metallic layer and a first base film(112). Reflective metal is deposited on the first base film to form the reflective film. A second base film is arranged on the upper side of the reflective metallic layer. A pattern layer is arranged on the second base film. The pattern layer and the second base film compose a pattern film(130). An adhesive layer(120) is arranged between the reflective film and the pattern film.
