Abstract:
PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for automatically controlling area enlargement function in PTZ(Pan, Tilt, Zoom) camera is provided to automatically enlarging selected area by calculating variable amount of zoom using extracted specific points from PTZ image and interested image. CONSTITUTION: If an enlargement magnification rate is less than a preset enlargement range, an automatic area enlargement control unit moves a photographing position of the PTZ camera to a moving position(220,226). If the magnification rate exceeds a preset magnification range, the automatic area enlargement control unit moves the photographing position of the PTZ camera to the moving position(222). The automatic area enlargement control unit changes the currently set magnification rate of PTZ camera to the calculated magnification rate.

PURPOSE: A system and a method for preventing the occurrence of a missing child are provided to continuously check a distance between a location transmitter and a location receiver, thereby preventing a situation of a ward to be a missing child in advance. CONSTITUTION: A location transmitter(10) periodically sends a location signal. A location receiver(20) receives the location signal and determines spaced distance with the location transmitter. If the spaced distance escapes the preset range, the location receiver generates an alarm signal. The location transmitter and the location receiver directly exchanges signals wirelessly in a close distance. The location transmitter is mounted to a mobile phone of a guardian.

PURPOSE: A method for detecting beacon position of emergency rescue system is provided to calculate movement cost using beacon signal received from a person in emergency. CONSTITUTION: A method for detecting beacon position of emergency rescue system comprises: a step of receiving emergency rescue signal from a person in emergency(S1); a step(S2) of detecting wide detection area where the person is predicted through analysis of emergency rescue signal(S3); a step of operating a position detector and sending beacon activating signal; a step of making received signal panorama of beacon signal received using antenna interface(S4); and a step of detecting range and orientation of candidate detecting area.

PURPOSE: An emergency relief system and a control method for relieving a person in an emergency by accurately tracing an emergency caller are provided to accurately trace the location of an emergency call terminal by sharing a candidate place of the emergency call terminal. CONSTITUTION: An emergency call signal is received from an emergency calling terminal(S510). The candidate locations of the emergency calling terminal calculates based on the received emergency call signal(S520). A final position of the emergency calling terminal is calculated and excluded from the direction of the emergency call signal(S530, S540).

A VOD(Video On Demand) service providing method and a recording medium for recording a program thereof are provided to manage a bandwidth of a content server efficiently in consideration of the number of terminals which request or receive a VOD service. A VOD service providing method comprises the following steps of: providing VOD streaming data responding to a VOD service request from one or more terminals(100)(S540,S550); computing an optimum transmission mode by using preset correlation; and converting a current transmission mode into the optimum transmission mode if the current transmission mode between a content server(130) and the terminal is different from the optimum transmission mode(S520). The correlation uses one or more terminals connected to the content server, a bandwidth assigned to the content server, and a payment policy.

라플라시안 피라미드를 이용하여 인페인팅이 진행되는 매번의 반복 과정에서 구조적 특징과 질감적 특징을 특징이 동시에 반영될 수 있는 라플라시안 피라미드를 이용한 다중 해상도 예제 기반 인페인팅 기법을 제시한다. 본 발명에서 제안하는 라플라시안 피라미드를 이용한 다중 해상도 예제 기반 인페인팅 방법은 입력 영상을 이용하여 복수의 계층으로 구성된 라플라시안 피라미드 영상을 구성하는 단계를 포함한다. 또한, 상기 다중 해상도 예제 기반 인페인팅은 상기 라플라시안 피라미드 영상을 이용하여 저주파영역의 구조적 특징 및 고주파영역의 질감적 특징이 반영된 인페인팅을 수행하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.

3차원 능동형 위치 추적 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 근거리 범위 및 광역 범위에 적용될 수 있는 3차원 능동형 위치 추적 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것이다. 일 실시 예에 따른 3차원 능동형 위치 추적 시스템의 마스터 장치는, 복수의 지향성 안테나들을 포함하고, 상기 복수의 지향성 안테나들 각각은 서로 다른 지향 방향을 갖도록 3차원 적으로 배열되고, 상기 복수의 지향성 안테나들 각각의 지향 방향 중 적어도 하나의 지향 방향에서 송출된 비콘 신호를 수신하는 3차원 위치추적 안테나부와, 상기 복수의 지향성 안테나들 각각에 대한 상기 비콘 신호의 수신 강도(RSSI, Received Signal Strength Indicator)를 계산하여, 상기 복수의 지향성 안테나 각각에 대응하는 복수의 벡터 값들을 출력하는 수신 강도 계산부와, 상기 복수의 벡터 값들을 합산하여 상기 비콘 신호의 발생 방향을 추정하는 방향 추정부 및 상기 비콘 신호의 발생 방향에 기초하여, 상기 비콘 신호를 송출한 대상 단말의 위치를 추적하는 위치 추적부� �� 포함한다.

PURPOSE: A node of a zigbee network for the selection of a parent node, a method for parent node selection, and a reliability model measurement method of the zigbee network are provided to differently apply a reliability model to network configuration according to the installation location of a sensor node and the design of a node. CONSTITUTION: A communication unit(140) receives each reliability model of neighbor nodes from the neighbor node. Using a received reliability model, a parent node selecting unit(150) selects one of the neighbor node as a parent node. The parent node selecting unit selects a plurality of candidate parent nodes with an LQI(Link Quality Indicator) and hop for the each neighbor node. The parent node selecting unit selects a node having the greatest reliability of the candidate parent node as the parent node.

PURPOSE: A method and system for pursuing a lost child are provided to supply the location of a lost child and save system building costs and operation costs. CONSTITUTION: A lost child pursuing system(100) comprises end devices(110,111), a first coordinator(120), and a second coordinator(121). The end devices operate an end device of a zigbee protocol. A child has the end device. The first coordinator and an end device make a pair and function as a coordinator of a zigbee protocol. Parents have the first coordinator and the end device. The remaining protector except the first protector has the second coordinator. The end devices participate in a network that the second coordinator forms when the communication between the first coordinator and the end devices is disconnected.

PURPOSE: A system and a method for pursuit of a lost child are provided to generate an alarm when a child falls apart from a protector by using the strength of a signal which is emitted from the sender of the child. CONSTITUTION: In a system and a method for pursuit of a lost child, a signal receiver(120) is operated as the end device of a ZigBee protocol. A signal generator(110) is operated as the coordinator of the ZigBee protocol. An access point(130) analyzes an alarm signal from a signal generator and analyzes and collects it. A control center(140) stores information which is transmitted from the access point. A connection relay is operated as the coordinator of the ZigBee protocol and generates a lost child generator and a lost network.
