Abstract: PURPOSE: A microcapsule for shielding electromagnetic waves, and a producing method thereof are provided to use a multi-walled carbon nanotube with the surface reformed by the oxygenated fluorination treatment. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a microcapsule for shielding electromagnetic waves comprises the following steps: preparing a microcapsule precursor solution containing a multi-walled carbon nanotube with the surface reformed by the oxygenated fluorination treatment, polyvinyl alcohol, an electromagnetic wave sensitive phosphorus vinyl monomer, a cross-linking agent, and a solvent; and polymerizing, cross-linking and drying the microcapsule precursor solution.

Abstract: 본 발명은 높은 팽윤도와 기계적 강도를 갖는 온도 및 pH 감응형 하이드로젤의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 마이크로캡슐을 제조하는 단계; 상기 마이크로캡슐을 가교하여 IPN(interpenetrating polymer network) 하이드로젤을 제조하는 단계;를 포함하여 제조되는 온도 및 pH 감응형 하이드로젤 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 온도 및 pH 감응형 하이드로젤은 센서, 스위치와 같은 엑추에이터, 약물전달제, 보형물, 인공 피부 및 인공 근육 등에 사용할 수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A microcapsule for pH-sensitive drug delivery is provided to be applied in a pharmaeuctical, cosmetic, and fiber fields. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a microcapsule for pH-sensitive drug delivery comprises: a step of mixing multi-wall carbon nanotube, polyvinyl alcohol, pH-sensitive vinyl monomers, crosslinking agent, and soluble drug in a solvent to prepare a micro precursor solution; and a step of polymerizing and cross-linking the microcapsule precursor solution and drying. The multi-wall carbon nanotube is prepared by oxyfluorination using fluorine gas and oxygen gas at 0.1-5.0 bar for 1-30 minutes.
