Abstract: PURPOSE: A composition containing red ginseng, Angelica gigas, Aurantii nobilis pericarpium, and green tea for preventing or treating vascular diseases is provided to suppress platelet aggregation and to be used as a therapeutic agent for treating vascular diseases. CONSTITUTION: A composition for preventing or treating vascular diseases contains a crude drug extract containing red ginseng, Angelica gigas, Aurantii nobilis pericarpium, and green tea. Red ginseng, Angelica gigas, Aurantii nobilis pericarpium, and green tea are mixed in a ratio of 2-6:1-2:1:1. The crude drug extract is prepared using a solvent selected among water, an alcohol solution, and alcohol.
