Abstract: 본발명의일실시예는 ABX(여기서, A는유기양이온, B는금속양이온, 및 X는할로겐음이온)의화학식을갖는화합물을포함하는극성용매검출용유기금속할라이드화학센서를제공한다. 상기화학센서는극성용매와신속하게반응하고, 짙은갈색에서노란색으로의컬러변화를통하여, 극성용매를육안으로도검출할수 있다. 더불어, 극성용매의극성의작은차이가반응속도및 컬러변화시간에큰 영향을주기때문에, 극성용매중에서어떠한극성용매가존재하는지를정확하게확인할수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A graphene crystal structure analytical method is provided to simply analyze the marginal structure and grating orientation of graphene without using expensive equipment. CONSTITUTION: A graphene crystal structure analytical method is as follows. A graphene sample is placed on a substrate. A substrate with an orientation screen is layered on the substrate with a fixed space from the substrate, and a crystal cell is made by injecting a crystal material into the space. The director of the liquid crystal and correlation of the graphene grid direction is set up. The correlation between the director of the liquid crystal and the grating orientation of graphene is set up. The director of the liquid crystal is determined after observing the texture of the crystal cell, and the marginal structure and grating orientation of graphene is determined based on the director of the liquid crystal.

Abstract: Electrodes for an LCD device are provided to arrange the electrodes to cross each other horizontally and vertically and configure y-axis electrodes and x-axis electrodes to be insulated from each other, thereby driving plural pixels at a time to improve energy efficiency. Electrodes for an LCD device include a y-axis electrode column(100) and an x-axis electrode column(200). A pair of y-axis electrodes(110,120) are respectively arranged in a y-axis direction in both sides of a pixel(10) around the pixel with a gap between pixels. The x-axis electrode column is perpendicular to the y-axis electrodes. A pair of x-axis electrodes(210,220) are respectively arranged in an x-axis direction in both sides of the pixel around the pixel with a gap between the pixels. An insulating member(300) is additionally installed between the y-axis electrode column and the x-axis electrode column.
