    Abstract: 본 발명은 신규한 폐외 결핵 진단용 마커, 상기 마커를 포함하는 폐외 결핵 진단용 조성물 및 폐외 결핵 진단방법에 관한 것이다. 보다 구체적으로는, HspX, GroEL, Adk 로 이루어진 신규한 폐외 결핵 항원 그룹에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 폐외 결핵 진단용 마커 및 상기 마커에 HBHA 항원을 추가적으로 더 포함하는 폐외 결핵 진단용 조성물 및 진단방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 조성물은 폐외 결핵 환자의 혈청에 대한 민감도가 높아, 보다 정확하게 폐외 결핵 감염여부를 진단할 수 있다.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for diagnosing Mycobacterium tuberculosis is provided to improve diagnosis sensitivity and to diagnose Mycobacterium tuberculosis. CONSTITUTION: A composition for diagnosing Mycobacterium tuberculosis contains CysA2(thiosulfate sulfurtransferase CysA2) antigen. The composition additionally contains HspX(heat shock protein hspX) antigen and PstS1(periplasmic phosphate-binding protein PstS1) antigen. M. tuberculosis is diagnosed by measuring an antigen-antibody complex through contacting CysA2 antigen with serum sample.

The process density of MAB0981c is 1 micro gram/ml-10micro grams/ml.
