    Abstract: PURPOSE: A novel biomarker of serological diagnosis of Crohn's disease is provided to analyze serological relation with M. paratuberculosis and specifically react to serum from Crohn's disease patient. CONSTITUTION: An antigen for diagnosing Crohn's disease is derived from Mycobacterium avium subsp. Paratuberculosis isolated from human and specifically reacts with serum of Crohn's disease patient. A method for isolating the antigen for diagnosing Crohn's disease comprises: a step of detecting protein which specifically reacts with IgG of Crohn's disease patient using pooling serum(n=10) with Mycobacterium Paratuberculosis secretion antigen, and cell extract antigen from human; a step of identifying protein which specifically reacts to the Crohn's disease patient through LC-ESI-MS method; a step of analyzing protein through matching score and bioinformatic analysis; and a step of an identifying protein which specifically reacts to serum of Crohn's disease patient through LC-ESI-MS analysis.
