    Abstract: PURPOSE: A porous pH-sensitive hydrogel transdermal preparation for drug delivery is provided to electrically control drug delivery speed. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a transdermal preparation for drug delivery comprises: a step of mixing polyvinyl alcoho, vinyl-based monomers, crosslinking agent, and water soluble drug and a step of adding an initiator to a hydrogel precursor solution to prepare pH-sensitive hyrogel; a step of polymerizing aniline monomers on the surface of pH sensitive hydrogel surface to form a conductive polyaniline coating layer; and a step of oxidation polymerization of the aniline under the presence of protic acid. The hydrogel precursor solution is prepared by mixing 100-900 parts by weight of vinyl-based monomers, 10-100 parts by weight of corsslinking agent, and 500-5000 parts by weight of water soluble drug.
