Abstract:
PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of photo-cross linking type adhesive and a composition thereof are provided to enhance wettability and compatibility, to maintain re-exfoliation properties, and to effectively photopolymerize. CONSTITUTION: A photo-cross linking type adhesive composition comprises an addition polymerization in which photo-cross linking type monomers having alkylglycidyl ether and unsaturated double bond on branched chain of (meth)acrylic copolymer; and a photocrosslinkable siloxane-modified acrylate prepolymer. The photo-crosslinking type siloxane modified acrylate prepolymer is represented by chemical formula 1. The alkylglycidyl ether is one or more kinds selected from lauryl glycidyl ether, undecyl glycidyl ether and dodecyl glycidyl ether. The adhesive member includes light cementation film of base materials and photo-cross linking type adhesive composition.

본 발명은 함산소불소화 탄소나노튜브를 포함한 PVA/PAAc 나노파이버에 전도성 고분자 코팅층을 형성한 인공근육의 제조 및 응용에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 함산소불소화 탄소나노튜브를 포함한 PVA/PAAc 나노파이버에 전도성 고분자 코팅층을 형성한 인공근육은 기존의 전도성 고분자만을 코팅한 인공근육에 탄소나노튜브를 첨가하여 보다 전기전도성이 더 향상되고 폴리아닐린의 열적불안정성을 해소시킬 수 있으며, 폴리비닐알콜을 사용하여 인체에도 무해하므로 액츄에이터로서의 용도 뿐만 아니라 인체에 사용되는 인공근육으로서의 가치가 있다.

PURPOSE: A microcapsule for shielding electromagnetic waves, and a producing method thereof are provided to use a multi-walled carbon nanotube with the surface reformed by the oxygenated fluorination treatment. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a microcapsule for shielding electromagnetic waves comprises the following steps: preparing a microcapsule precursor solution containing a multi-walled carbon nanotube with the surface reformed by the oxygenated fluorination treatment, polyvinyl alcohol, an electromagnetic wave sensitive phosphorus vinyl monomer, a cross-linking agent, and a solvent; and polymerizing, cross-linking and drying the microcapsule precursor solution.

PURPOSE: A microcapsule for pH-sensitive drug delivery is provided to be applied in a pharmaeuctical, cosmetic, and fiber fields. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a microcapsule for pH-sensitive drug delivery comprises: a step of mixing multi-wall carbon nanotube, polyvinyl alcohol, pH-sensitive vinyl monomers, crosslinking agent, and soluble drug in a solvent to prepare a micro precursor solution; and a step of polymerizing and cross-linking the microcapsule precursor solution and drying. The multi-wall carbon nanotube is prepared by oxyfluorination using fluorine gas and oxygen gas at 0.1-5.0 bar for 1-30 minutes.

PURPOSE: A pH-responsive conductive hydrogel is provided to achieve an effective drug delivery function with pH sensitivity and to ensure excellent contraction and relaxation. CONSTITUTION: A pH-responsive conductive hydrogel using carbon nanotube comprises the steps of: mixing polyvinylalcohol, pH-responsive vinyl monomer, cross-linking agent and solvent to prepare a hydrogel precursor solution; and adding drug-supported carbon nanotube and initiator to the hydrogel precursor solution; and drying the reactant after crosslinking to prepare a conductive hydrogel.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A polypropylene-polylactic acid mixed resin/graphene/natural fiber bionanocomposite is provided to remarkably improve mechanical properties such as tensile strength, flexural strength, and impact strength by uniformly dispersing graphene and natural fiber due to the addition of a compatibilizer. CONSTITUTION: A bionanocomposite includes a polypropylene-polylactic acid mixed resin, a compatibilizer, graphene, and natural fiber. The propylene is selected from a propylene homopolymer, the copolymer of a (C2-18)α-olefin and propylene, or a mixture thereof. The polylactic acid one or more selected from poly-L-lactic acid, poly-D-lactic acid, or poly-L,D-lactic acid each of which number average molecular weight is 10,000-100,000. The compatibilizer is maleic anhydride-grafted-polypropylene. The amount of the maleic anhydride included is 0.1-5.0 wt% with regard to the compatibilizer.
