    Abstract: 본발명은폴리에스테르단독또는폴리에스테르와무기물미립자의혼합물을용융방사하여미연신섬유를수득하는단계; 상기미연신섬유를연신하여연신섬유를수득하는단계; 상기연신섬유를열 고정시켜원사를수득하는단계; 상기원사를직조하여직물을수득하는단계; 및상기직물을가열및 가압공정에의해평탄화하는단계를포함하는플렉서블섬유기판의제조방법을제공한다. 본발명의제조방법으로제조된플렉서블섬유기판은소정의재료로이루어진섬유의직물을기반으로하기때문에유연성이우수하고, 피부접촉감이우수하여웨어러블디스플레이(wearable display)에적용이가능하다. 또한, 본발명의제조방법으로제조된플렉서블섬유기판은섬유를구성하는소정의재료, 섬유제조시도입되는연신과정및 열고정과정, 그리고섬유의직조후 도입되는평탄화과정과같은다양한인자의조합에의해향상된평활도, 열안정성및 치수안정성을가지므로, 전자소자등을실장하는고온공정에적용이가능하다.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of transparent flexible film is provided to form an inorganic layer on the surface of a transparent substrate film, thereby capable of manufacturing a flexible transparent film with excellent mechanical flexibility even with low moisture permeability and oxygen permeability. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of transparent flexible film comprises: a step of ionized metal compound on the surface of a transparent substrate film and forming a first inorganic layer(110) by conducting natural curing in order to react with moisture in air; and a step of coating an organic layer on the first inorganic layer; and additionally, a step of coating ionized metal compound on the surface of the organic layer, and forming a second inorganic layer(130) through natural curing in order to react with moisture in air.
