Abstract:
The vacuum insulator in accordance with the present invention comprises glass white wool body which density is 0.1~0.5 g/cm 3 in density and is below 0.0023 kcal/mh° C. in thermal conductivity, and a non permeable container surrounding the body in which the pressure is between 10 -6 ~10 -1 torr. The vacuum insulator is fabricated by piling up glass white wool, thermal-pressutizing the piled glass white wool to form a body of 0.1~0.5 g/cm 3 in density wherein the pressurizing is done at 0.007~1.5 kg/cm 2 and under 20° C. for more than 10 minutes, putting the body in the non-permeable container, and producing a vacuum in the container.

The present invention relates to a shotcrete composition, a shotcrete additive, and a preparation method thereof. The shotcrete composition has rapid curing time, strong adhesion and elasticity, and high strength characteristics by including a fiber shape, a plate shape, or a microstructure shape of a network structure or including modified sulfur with spinnability.

The present invention relates to an asphalt composition, an asphalt additive, and a method for preparing the same. An asphalt material includes a micro-structure shape of a fiber structure, a film structure, or a network structure or modified sulfur with spinnability, reduces gelation and depression, improves physical properties such as tensile strength, bending strength, and the like, and enhances working stability at room temperature.

The present invention relates to an anti-corrosive material, a method of manufacturing an anti-corrosive material, and an anti-corrosive coating film, and the anti-corrosive material includes a fiber shape, a film shape, or a micro-structure shape of a network structure, or includes a modified sulfur having spinnability. The anti-corrosive material is capable of giving excellent properties to the anti-corrosive coating film; making users to work easily; and having an above-normal level of properties in hardening property, saltwater spray resistibility, and weldability etc. Especially, an anti-corrosive material with improved adhesive properties, and a method of manufacturing thereof are provided, and a method of manufacturing an anti-corrosive coating film having quick drying by using thereof is provided.

The present invention relates to modified sulfur, a production method thereof, and a device for producing thereof. The modified sulfur has a radial shape, or includes a micro structure in a fibrous form, a plate form, or a network form. The modified sulfur can be produced by inducing polymerization using ultrasonic waves or by aging. The modified sulfur has rust resistance, waterproof properties, intensity, rapid curing properties, and other excellent properties, and the properties of the modified sulfur can be adjusted by viscosity and the degree of polymerization.
Abstract:
An incombustible building material and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase the incombustible effect without xonotlite and maximize the commercial value by using the hydraulic material and the mass production process. A manufacturing method of an incombustible building material is composed of a step of mixing a wollastonite mineral, a hydraulic material, and a reinforcing fiber; a step of forming a hardened body by forming the mixed materials; and a step of hardening the hardened body by hydrothermal reaction with high pressure. The xonotlite is contained as a silicate-calcium raw material. The hardened body is molded by the pressure-molding and casting. The hardened body is hardened by the hydrothermal reaction with saturated steam pressure at 150~250‹C.

PURPOSE: A modified sulfur binder is provided to maintain a liquid state at a room temperature while using a dicyclopentadiene-based modifier and to enable the mixing at room temperature. CONSTITUTION: A modified sulfur binder which is a liquid phase at room temperature comprises 100 parts by weight of sulfur and 90-8000 parts by weight of a dicyclopentadiene-based modifier including an oligomer of a trimer or more of cyclopentadiene. The sulfur is polymerized with the dicyclopentadiene-based modifier. The dicyclopentadiene-based modifier is included in the amount of 78 weight% or less. A hydraulic modified sulfur material composition comprises (a) 100.0 parts by weight of hydraulic material, (b) 0.1-3 parts by weight of modified sulfur binder, (c) 20-80 weight part of water and (d) 100-800 parts by weight of aggregate.
