Abstract:
The present invention relates to a solid oxide fuel cell including: fuel cell supporting bodies; a solid electrolyte layer formed between the fuel cell supporting bodies; and a complex cathode layer formed between the layers of solid electrolyte. The complex cathode layer is a porous sintered body phase, and includes an electrode material and an electrolyte. According to the present invention, the cathode has a strong interfacial strength and an excellent conductivity property.

본 발명은 펄스 레이저 증착 장치에 관한 것으로서, 기판 및 증착 물질이 위치하는 챔버, 상기 챔버 내부에 위치하고, 상기 증착 물질을 지지하며 회전하는 타겟 및 상기 타겟 일부분에 레이저를 조사하여 상기 증착 물질을 분해함으로써, 분해된 증착 물질로부터 상기 기판 상에 박막을 증착하는 레이저 발생기를 포함하고, 상기 타겟은 2 가지 이상의 증착 물질을 지지하되, 증착 물질에 따른 물리적인 구획 표면을 구비하여, 타겟의 회전에 따라 레이저가 조사하는 증착 물질이 교체되는 것을 특징으로 하며, 본 발명에 따르면 간단한 조작만으로 일정한 주기의 다층구조 초박막을 매우 정밀하게 구현해낼 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 이를 적용하는 방법은 매우 간단하다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A thermosetting resin composition, a method for preparing an organic-inorganic nanocomposite material by using the composition and an organic-inorganic nanocomposite material prepared by the method are provided, to suppress the shrinkage of a resin and the formation of pores between a resin and an inorganic material, thereby improving the physical properties and dimension stability of an organic-inorganic nanocomposite material. CONSTITUTION: The thermosetting resin composition comprises 100 parts by weight of an organic polymer resin; and 20-30 parts by weight of an aminosilane. Preferably the organic polymer resin is an epoxy resin; and the aminosilane is selected from the group consisting of a dialkylaminosilane, a trialkylaminosilane, a tetraalkylaminosilane, a diarylaminosilane, a triarylaminosilane, a tetraarylaminosilane and their mixtures. The organic-inorganic nanocomposite material is prepared by carrying out sol-gel reaction and curing reaction of the composition simultaneously. Preferably the organic-inorganic nanocomposite material is an epoxy-silica nanocomposite material.
