Abstract: PURPOSE: An image obtaining system using a microscope and a camera and a method thereof are provided to mount right/left cameras in right/left eyepieces of the microscope respectively and display photographed right/left image data on a monitor screen. CONSTITUTION: Right and left cameras(200a,200b) photograph right and left images which are observed by right and left eyepieces. A first operation module(300) operates a correlation coefficient with another second image data at each rotation angle while rotating first image data in right/left image data. A second operating module(400) operates a conversion matrix by an angle of the highest correlation coefficient. A control module(600) displays the first image data and the second image data on a monitor screen. The first image data and the second image data are obtained from an image alignment module(500). Abstract: PURPOSE: A digital holographic microscope system and a 3D image obtaining method using the same are provided to match the optical axis of the digital holographic microscope system with the optical axis of an image and map a microscope image texture on 3D image data which are obtained by a digital hologram. CONSTITUTION: A CCD(Charged Coupled Device)(800) stores digital hologram data using interference light which is outputted from a light combining unit(700) by opening a shutter(400). A control device(900) obtains 3D image information of a target object by Fresnel transform on the stored digital hologram data.
