    Abstract: PURPOSE: A digital holographic microscope system and a 3D image obtaining method using the same are provided to match the optical axis of the digital holographic microscope system with the optical axis of an image and map a microscope image texture on 3D image data which are obtained by a digital hologram. CONSTITUTION: A CCD(Charged Coupled Device)(800) stores digital hologram data using interference light which is outputted from a light combining unit(700) by opening a shutter(400). A control device(900) obtains 3D image information of a target object by Fresnel transform on the stored digital hologram data.
