    Abstract: A method of manufacturing a metal interlayer having a thickness of not more than 10 microns and excellent oxidation resistance is provided to prevent oxidation of the copper foil when manufacturing a copper foil, and a flexible copper clad laminate is provided to prevent oxidation of the copper foil by coating a plastic or polymer material on the metal interlayer. A method of manufacturing a metal interlayer using clad lamination techniques comprises the processes of: clad laminating a metal interlayer preventing oxidation of the copper plate onto one face of a copper plate, clad laminating other metal plate having a material different from that of the copper plate onto the other face of the copper plate to prepare a metal interlayer/copper plate/other metal plate clad; rolling the metal interlayer/copper plate/other metal plate clad to reduce thickness of the clad; and clad laminating an additional metal plate onto the other metal plate side of the metal interlayer/copper plate/other metal plate clad, and rolling the resulting clad.

    Abstract: A cutting saw apparatus equipped with a non-contact lubrication and vibrating reduction device is provided to reduce the side deformation of a cutting saw resulting from the pressure exerted on two opposite side surfaces of the cutting saw, vibration, and noise caused by the side deformation. A cutting saw apparatus includes a non-contact lubrication and vibrating reduction device. The non-contact lubrication and vibrating reduction device includes a plurality of hydrostatic thrust bearings(20), a fluid supply unit(21), and a fluid supply horse(22). The hydrostatic thrust bearing includes an introduction passage, an orifice passage, an internal passage. The hydrostatic thrust bearing is installed at two opposite side surface of a safety cover(10) to inject a high-pressure fluid to two opposite side surfaces of a cutting saw provided inside the safety cover. The fluid supply unit is connected to a driving shaft(4) of a driving motor to supply the high-pressure working fluid to the hydrostatic thrust bearing by the driving motor. The horse couples the hydrostatic thrust bearing to the fluid supply unit to allow the high-pressure fluid to flow through the horse.

    Abstract: 본 발명은 고강도 방진합금 및 이를 이용한 저소음 다이아몬드 톱에 관한 것이다. 다이아몬드 톱의 샹크로 적용하기 위하여 바람직한 합금 종류 및 조성, 가공량 등을 제시하였다. 용접형 다이아몬드 톱의 샹크는 Fe에 14 - 28중량%의 Mn을 첨가하고 이를 2 - 25%의 범위로 냉간압연하여 경도를 상승시켰으며, 그 결과 경도가 규격치(HRC 35) 이상으로 증가하며 저소음 효과가 우수하다. 소결형 다이아몬드 톱의 샹크는 Fe에 10 - 28중량%의 Mn을 첨가하고 열처리를 통하여 강도를 증가시켰으며, 소결 전에 샹크를 20% 이상으로 냉간가공하여 기계적 성능을 더욱 증진시킬 수 있다.

CONSTITUTION: A CRT has an electron gun for scanning an electron beam and a main body portion having a predetermined space for scanning the electron beam. The CRT is formed with a panel part(100), a frame(200), an inner shield, a shadow mask(300), and a howling sound prevention part(400). A plurality of plate spring(140) is adhered on an inner circumference of a rectangular panel(120). The frame(200) is installed in an inside of the panel part(100). The inner shield is combined with one side of the frame(200). The inner shield has an incline plane in order to shield an external magnetic field. The shadow mask(300) is installed within the frame(200). The howling prevention portion(400) is formed with a wire(420) and a coil spring(440) in order to absorb the vibration.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A method is provided to obtain a compound having a low gravitational segregation, reduced size of crystal grain, improved yield strength and superior tensile strength. CONSTITUTION: In the manufacturing process of carbon steel having a composition containing 0.02 to 0.5% C, 0.05 to 2.0% Si, and the residual part of F3, to make the crystal grain fine, 0.01 to 0.3% B and 0.05% to 0.8% Zr are simultaneously added to produce ZrB2 compound which has a high gravity of approximately 6.2. The size of the crystal grain is reduced by 1/3 approximately, while the yield strength and tensile strength are increased by 60 to 100MPa approximately.
