    Abstract: PURPOSE: A mine drainage processing device of a semi-passive way and a mine drainage processing method using the same are provided to prevent degradation of clogging of a natural purification facility, decrease of pores, and like. CONSTITUTION: A mine drainage processing device of a semi-passive way includes the following: a stepped oxidation facility(20) in which neutralization materials are supported to oxide heavy metals; a settling tank(30) precipitating solids; and a natural purification facility processing the heavy metals remaining in mine drainage. A mine drainage processing method includes the following steps: neutralizing and oxidizing the heavy metal included in the mine drainage; precipitating heavy metal solids in the mine drainage; neutralizing the mine drainage after removing heavy metals in the mine drainage; and removing the remaining heavy metals.
