Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a method for coating a high crystalline carbon material used for a cathode active material of a lithium ion secondary battery with a carbon material having excellent surface-characteristics, thereby the lithium ion secondary battery has high energy density and high performance. CONSTITUTION: The high crystalline carbon material is coated with a pyrolytic carbon by performing the heat-decomposition of hydrocarbon gas by a tumbling chemical vapor deposition method, wherein the high crystalline carbon material is one selected from the group consisting of natural graphite, Kish graphite, SFG series, highly oriented pyrolytic graphite, mesophase pitch based carbon fiber(MPCF), and MCMB series and the hydrocarbon gas is one selected from the group consisting of LPG, methane, butane, and benzene.
Abstract translation: 目的:提供一种用具有优异表面特性的碳材料涂覆锂离子二次电池用正极活性物质的高结晶性碳材料的方法,锂离子二次电池具有高能量密度和高性能。 构成:高结晶碳材料通过转动化学气相沉积法进行碳氢化合物气体的热分解而涂覆有热解碳,其中高结晶碳材料选自天然石墨,石灰石, SFG系列,高取向热解石墨,中间相沥青基碳纤维(MPCF)和MCMB系列,烃类气体选自LPG,甲烷,丁烷和苯。
